I’ve just registered to Mila to become a Friend and got my first order today. I’ll have to install the Vivo pack, and I’m wondering about the paiement.
Does Mila send an invoice to the customer or do I have to do it by myself ?

customers can pay in a variety of ways.
Firstly, we cooperate with the payment provider Stripe. Please activate the account we set up for you by going to your Setting in the Mila profile and entering your credit card details. If the customer wishes to pay by credit card, you can trigger this once you close the job (this happens via Stripe). If the customer wishes to pay by invoice, you can also trigger that in the system. The customer will automatically get an invoice by mail. You will get a copy. In case the customer does not have an email address, please print out the invoice and send it to him/her.
If the customer wishes to pay on-site, this is either possible in cash (commissions will automatically be accrued in your Stripe account) or by using a portable credit card device. For the latter, we cooperate with SumUp. If you want to order one, please let me know and I’ll send you the link with the discounted offer. This payment variety can also be chosen in the system.

It went pretty well, changed the old tv box and cables, the phone cable/filter and everything was good. Your system seems good.
But I’ve got another question.
First one, for the Mila percentage, I have to do a payment by myself ? On which account should I do this ?
Second one, for the billing information, I had to put my IBAN and a „depositor“, should I put my name or my bank name ?

currently, you can pay the commission either by automatic deduction through Stripe or by invoice which we will send to you. Please go to your dashboard and activate the Stripe account we set up for you – this way, you do not need to worry about taking care of payments individually.

I’ve activated my stripe account when I received the mail, but when the customer pay me, he will either give me the money or ask for an invoice. If the customer pay me by hand, I’ll have to transfer fund to the stripe account, and if he pay me by invoice, I’ll have to transfer too ?
It’s mostly elder people who need help for these installation, and they usually don’t pay via credit card. So, if stripe is the only way to pay you, I’ll take care to charge it and always keep money on it.
So, just to be sure, Stripe only work with credit card ?
For the question with the depositary, I’ve asked a friend who work in a bank and it’s good.

yes, Stripe only works with credit card. And yes, this will all be deduced from your credit card.
